Last week at a clients home in Litchfield Park in Phoenix’s West Valley, I cleaned the carpets for them and they asked about the tile. They had just had the tile and grout cleaned but the grout looked blotchy with black spots.
My initial reaction was that it might be they had color sealed previously, then cleaning picked up some of the color seal making it look blotchy.
Sometimes it is difficult to tell exactly what the issue is if the home owner doesn’t know what had been done previously.
In the event the competitor that cleaned the tile a couple weeks ago possibly just did a poor job, I decided to do an Acid Restore on the Grout, and you will see in the video that this worked. We got the grout cleaned doing the acid restore. Very Happy Customer!!
